Out in the country of Wessex, England, there are rumors of a traveling Carnival that comes from time to time, traveling throughout Europe, and entertaining some of Europe's Elite the carnival arrives around the time of the Autumn Equinox, when Day and Night are equal length on earth, and they depart on the night of Halloween, when the veils between worlds are thinnest. Warrior Children « Result #4 on Sept 10, 2008, 7:40pm »
Deep in the Mojave Desert, an experiment has been conducted for years. Many have failed, some have “succeeded” and gone on to be either protectors for ambassadors or soldiers for the coming war against the world. Some experiments continue even now. Few have managed to escape, and they're in hiding, for fear of ever being found again.
Over the years, children have been kidnapped from their beds. Some were special, some were surprisingly not. They've all been under the age of eighteen and have all ended up in The School for Gifted Training, otherwise known as The Sergeant. It's a training facility to create what the military calls “Warrior Children” out of innocent bodies and minds.
My name is Heidi, and I'm one of those children. I've got the wings of a devil, you might say. My brother has angel wings. I've seen others like us too, but some are normal like you probably are.
The ones who are “gifted” have gone through terrible experiments that often go wrong. They want to find out what makes us special, and how to duplicate it so they can make the perfect soldiers. And every single one of us has gone through “training”. Learning to fight, sustaining grievous injuries from careless drill sergeants. Being forced to fight each other, in spite of the fact that some of us would rather die than follow orders to kill someone else.
And the worse part is: they torture us all, just to break us like wranglers would break a young stallion. They do it to make us fear them, to make us obey. It might have originally been so that we wouldn't break under enemy torture, but now most of them deeply enjoy the pain that we go through, enjoy the fear that goes through our eyes when they come at us with a match while we're strapped to a chair.
Please, help us, but be careful. This is the military we're talking about.
Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts turns out to be quite the exciting year. First off is the arrival of a new teacher at Hogwarts, Horace Slughorn, who is a bit more useful to Harry than he realizes. Next, Harry obtains a Potions book which used to be belong to the very mysterious Half-Blood Prince. Harry finds that the Half-Blood Prince's ancient scribbles are written along the margins of almost every page, giving Harry advice on how to improve greatly on his Potions work, and also teaching him a few helpful (and dangerous) spells along the way.
Amidst this, Harry is starting private lessons with Professor Dumbledore, during which Harry learns the dark secrets of Voldemort's past, hoping that they could use these secrets to find a way to defeat him.
Harry's year gets even more stressful with the suspicious actions of Draco Malfoy, who has been sneaking around the school doing, so Harry assumes, Voldemort's bidding. Harry quickly becomes determined, and slightly obsessed, to find out exactly what Malfoy has been up to and putting and end to it.
Yet, during this time, Harry and his friends go through daily life, busy with school work, Quidditch, (in which Harry has been made captain of the team) and of course, romance. Ron has found a new girlfriend, Lavender Brown, a perky (if not obnoxious) Gryffindor student, and Hermione is not happy about it. Ron and Hermione's friendship takes a toll throughout the school year and Harry, as usual, is stuck in the middle. Harry, meanwhile, is facing a romantic dilemma of his own: he realizes he is falling for his best friend's sister, Ginny Weasley, who is unfortunately dating Harry's classmate, Dean Thomas. Harry's pining for Ginny and Ron's hilarious relationship with Lavender give this story a large dose of reality
This site is very new. About a week old now and we have 15 members at the moment. Plenty of canon spots are open in all houses. Teaching spots are available along with adults in the Order and Death Eaters. There is a Lord Voldemort so Death Eater actions will be taken place. Original characters are very welcomed to this site. Males are needed but that can always be worked out somehow.

The year is 71 CE and the Earth Alliance and ZAFT forces have never been more competitive. In a state of war such as this, even civilians are getting roped in and forced into something which they would rather not be a part of. But there is no escaping war, as one young pilot understands very well ... Kira Yamato.
Mobile suits have been made either with consent or not, and many young pilots have been enrolled into the forces to fight against the opposing enemy. Kira is now the pilot of Strike, a special updated G-weapon, or Gundam. As a coordinator he is misunderstood by many, and even hated because of his superior skills, however, without him the Arcangel would have already been lost - also a special secret hidden by the Earth Alliance forces.
But there is one small problem. Kira can't win a war alone. Both Earth Alliance, and ZAFT have recently been recruiting new pilots, both young and old, in order to get the upper hand, but who is really the goods guys, and who are the bad? It's always been a matter of opinion, but then who deserves to win? One thing is certain; the deaths need to end. And so does the war.

* welcome to this small town of bellwood, washington
The old folk tell stories of ghosts, and paranormal activity... the students all listen with curious ears, and drink the night away... the new comers come to our crazy town, not knowing that we all are on the boarder line of going insane... and everyone else, well they have just gotten used to this small town and all it's lies. The band End Ever After has just moved to our small little town, just to 'get away from the world' is what they told us, it's the best thing this town has ever seen in a long time. This small secluded town isn't much fun, it drives some insane, and others think the peace is soothing. How might you handle it? But just remember one thing: We ALL are on the boarder line of going insane.

The Rose Murray Modeling agency prides itself in getting it's models top jobs with the top designers. If you get in with Murray, you are sure to be an automatic success.
Success is supposed to be worked for. Getting to the top should not be easy. Most here will step on anyones toes, sleep with whomever they can, and backstab who they must just to be able to shine
The modeling world is not easy. Not at all. Having to be nearly perfect to be in this world, there is much pressure to go down the road of drugs, sex, drinking and disorder without much of a push at all.
You have to be strong, You have to be smart, and if you want fame bad enough, you have to be able to do anything
